How My EFT Progress Works

A quick overview of the main tabs and how they help you track Escape From Tarkov progression.

Tasks & Traders

The main Tasks tab shows your progression per trader. Each trader has a list of tasks that can be in one of two states:

  • In Progress – tasks you still have to complete
  • Completed – tasks you've finished

You can multi-select tasks and move them between In Progress and Completed using the center buttons. Tasks that require a higher player level are marked as locked so you can see what's coming later.

Search and Player Level

Use the search bar to quickly find specific tasks by name. The player level input tells the site which tasks should appear locked. You can update your level at any time as you progress through the wipe.

Goons Tracker

The Goons Tracker tab is a simple community-driven tracker:

  • See the latest PVP and PVE Goons reports
  • Check which map they were seen on and when
  • Submit your own sighting by selecting a map and typing the anti-spam word

The goal is to give players a quick snapshot of recent Goons activity without needing to dig through Discord channels or screenshots.

Kappa Items Checklist

The Kappa Items tab is a visual checklist for the streamer items required for the Collector quest:

  • Each tile represents one required item
  • Click an item to toggle it between Owned and Missing
  • A progress bar shows how many items you've already collected

This helps you see at a glance how close you are to Kappa.

Saving Your Progress

You can use the site in two ways:

  • Without sign-in – data is stored locally in your browser on that device
  • With Discord sign-in – data is synced to the cloud so you can access it from multiple devices

Signing in is optional but recommended if you switch devices frequently.

Contact & Feedback

If you have feature ideas, balance suggestions for the tracker, or bug reports, you can use the Contact tab on the main site to send a message. You can also reach out via support@myeftprogress.com.
