The Service is developed and maintained by a single independent individual based in the United States. It is not a company or registered business entity and is not affiliated with Battlestate Games or Escape From Tarkov.
The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Authentication is provided through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We do not have access to your Discord password.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of this Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
The Service uses third-party providers, including but not limited to Discord and Supabase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
All Escape From Tarkov related content, names, assets, and trademarks are the property of Battlestate Games and its licensors. This Service is a fan-made tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Battlestate Games.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
